The groundbreaking ceremony for the new production base of Guangzhou Haike Electronics Co., Ltd. was grandly held in July 2019, with a total investment of 120 million yuan, covering an area of 30 mu and a building area of 55,868 square meters. After completing the basic construction, Haike began to build an industry-leading intelligent factory. After in-depth understanding and investigation of Seiko Intelligence, Haike officially joined hands with Seiko Intelligence to start the intelligent factory planning project! On June 23rd, 2021, the kick-off meeting of Haike Smart Factory Planning Project was successfully held.

From the implementation of the project on June 23, 2021 to August 23, 2021, the project summary, with the cooperation of many parties, worked out the optimal planning scheme of Haike at the present stage. The planning scheme of Haike Smart Factory not only took into account the long-term layout of capacity expansion in the next five years, but also effectively avoided the huge cost waste caused by plant renovation in the later period, and ensured a higher starting point when the new plant was put into production.

On August 23rd, 2021, at the project summary meeting held by Haike, it was announced that the planning summary meeting of Haike Smart Factory officially started. During the meeting, the key projects such as the expected results of the planning landing, the overall planning and design of the park & workshop & warehousing logistics & production auxiliary facilities, and the automation and visualization schemes were reported in detail. The whole project is combed, and each module is strung together through systematic review. The efforts of Seiko Smart Factory in the past two months have provided new ideas for the operation of Haike, inspired us to break the inherent thinking, and provided the foundation and guarantee for improving product quality in the future. The planned project has benefited Haike employees greatly, and they have mastered a set of very systematic and efficient methods to increase production and the scheme of systematically arranging factory lines.
